The cell is scoped around part variation, payload, cycle time, access, utilities and the surrounding process. Responsibilities for fabrication, installation, safety assessment, validation and acceptance testing are agreed at the start. The design can combine new equipment with suitable existing assets.

Start with representative parts, the task to automate, target output, available floor space and the equipment the cell must connect to. We use these to establish the concept, constraints and acceptance criteria.

Yes. SQR is based in Waterloo and supports projects across Ontario. Site requirements, travel and the delivery schedule are agreed for each engagement.
