KEYENCE machine vision integration
SQR Power Automation integrates KEYENCE vision systems with machine controls. We develop the inspection around the part, the feature to check and the required machine response, connecting image capture and inspection results with the PLC, robot or PC workflow.

We review the feature, variation, cycle time, lighting and working distance before defining the application. Barcode identification and 2D/3D profiling are related capabilities with their own device and setup requirements.

Yes. The integration can exchange triggers, readiness, inspection completion and results, with an agreed response for failed inspections or missing data. The control sequence and device interfaces determine the implementation.

Yes. SQR is based in Waterloo and supports projects across Ontario. Site requirements, travel and the delivery schedule are agreed for each engagement.
