PLC & HMI programming
SQR Power Automation develops PLC programs and operator interfaces across industrial control platforms, with particular expertise in Siemens and Rockwell. We build machine sequences, alarms and diagnostics with clear operating modes and practical fault recovery. The scope can connect PLC logic with motion control, machine safety, robots, vision and other equipment.

Our Siemens and Rockwell work covers PLC/HMI integration, servo and VFD interfaces, coordinated machine sequences and safety-related controls. Additional platform experience includes Schneider Machine Expert and Control Expert, Omron CX-Programmer and Sysmac Studio, Beckhoff TwinCAT and AutomationDirect C-more. The controller, software version and installed options determine the implementation.

Can you support both new and legacy Siemens systems?
Yes. Experience includes S7-300/S7-400 as well as S7-1200/S7-1500. We review existing programs, software access, hardware and machine interfaces before defining a change or migration.
Do you support projects across Ontario?
Yes. SQR is based in Waterloo and supports projects across Ontario. Site requirements, travel and the delivery schedule are agreed for each engagement.
