Industrial interfaces can include EtherNet/IP, PROFIBUS and other supported protocols through the appropriate software driver, interface hardware or gateway. We define command ownership, data formats and communication-loss behaviour before implementation. The PC application works with the machine controls and does not replace required safety functions.
