SQR Power Automation programs and integrates motion control around the actual machine cycle. We work with Siemens and Rockwell servo systems and VFDs, connecting axis commands, feedback, operating limits and drive status with the PLC and HMI.

Motion work considers the load, mechanics, motor and feedback device alongside the control platform. Gearing and cam applications are developed around the required relationship between axes, including engagement, disengagement and recovery after a stop. Supported drive safety functions are integrated within the machine safety design.

Yes. Our capabilities include electronic gearing, coordinated motion and cam profiles. The selected controller, drive capabilities and mechanical requirements determine the suitable approach.
